Сучасне правознавство в огляді Пенсильванським університетом.
Видання Penn State Law Jornal є результатом плідної праці провідних американських вчених, які
в своїх статтях аналізують чинне законодавство США та досліджують проблеми у правозастосовчій практиці.
Публікації в номерах журналу, що представлені у фондах бібліотеки, присвячені проблемам в різноманітних галузях права, а саме: теорії права, адміністративного, цивільного, кримінального, корпоративного, фінансового, конституційного права; кримінального, цивільного, господарського процесу та порівняльного правознавства. Найбільшої уваги приділено торгівельному, гоподарському та транснаціональному праву. В статтях надано яскраву та повну характеристику сучасного стану правознавства в США.
